RADS covers a fire protection system across its whole life — from the first hydraulic calculation to the maintenance visit years after handover. Most clients start with one service and add others as the relationship develops.
That continuity matters more than it sounds. When the people who designed a system are the people who commission and maintain it, nothing is lost in handover — and there is no argument about whose responsibility a fault is.

How a project usually runs
A typical full-scope engagement moves through these stages. Each can also be bought on its own — plenty of clients bring us in to design a system somebody else installs, or to maintain one we did not build.
- Survey and design — occupancy and hazard classification, hydraulic calculation, drawings, bill of quantities
- Approval — Fire Service & Civil Defence submission; RSC or buyer-audit design review where applicable
- Supply — equipment procured against the approved design, imported where necessary
- Installation — to the approved drawings, coordinated with other trades on site
- Testing & commissioning — hydrostatic tests, pump acceptance curves, cause-and-effect verification, record of completion
- Maintenance — NFPA 25 inspection, testing and maintenance under an annual contract

Sectors we work in
Textile and RMG, healthcare, agro-industrial and agrochemical, pharmaceutical, commercial and aviation infrastructure. Hazard classification differs enormously between them, and so does the design — a sprinkler system sized for a garment floor will not protect an agrochemical store.
