Every service we offer, on one site
THE NEST is the clearest demonstration of how RADS works, because we have done all of it here — and each stage was awarded separately, on the strength of the one before.
1. Design consultancy (2019)
Standpipe system design to BNBC and NFPA — hydraulic calculations, shop and as-built drawings, bill of quantities, and support through fire brigade approval.
2. Fire Safety Plan approval (2019)
The full Fire Service & Civil Defence submission package: fire detection, protection, extinguisher and lightning protection layouts, single-line diagrams, architectural and evacuation plans, and equipment schedules.
3. Standpipe installation (2020)
Approximately 2,460 running feet of MS pipe, 15–150 mm; OS&Y, gate, check, pillar hydrant and landing valves; eleven Class-1 hose cabinets; and an NFPA-20 fire pump set rated 1000 USGPM. Completed with hydrostatic testing, commissioning and system balancing.
4. Equipment supply (2020–2021)
Fire system valves and a Kirloskar split-case fire pump set — 225 HP, 227 m³/hr at 110 m — with engine, controller, fuel tank and jockey pump, imported directly. Followed by a further equipment phase and a pump-room hose kit.
5. Expansion (2022–2024)
Cable laying and termination, then a phase-three ring main extending protection across the site as the facility grew.
6. Annual Maintenance Contract (2025 onward)
A formal AMC covering the complete fire protection system — diesel, electric and jockey pumps, gauges, valves and filters — with scheduled servicing, equipment tagging, and documented inspection records.
Why this pattern matters
A supplier who only sells equipment leaves you to find someone else for design, approval, installation and maintenance — and no one owns the outcome. Here a single team carried the system from first hydraulic calculation through to a maintenance contract seven years later. When something needs attention, the people who designed it are the people who service it.
