A correct design installed badly protects nobody. Installation is where clearances, fixings, pipe supports and cable routing either honour the design or quietly depart from it.
What we install
- Standpipe and sprinkler networks — MS pipe from 15 mm to 250 mm, above ground and underground, with hangers, supports and seismic considerations
- Fire pump rooms — electric, diesel and jockey sets, suction and discharge arrangements, controllers, fuel systems and test lines
- Detection and alarm — addressable and conventional loops, interfaces to HVAC shutdown, damper release, lift recall and shunt trip
- Suppression — clean agent for electrical rooms, wet chemical over cooking lines
- Hydrants, hose cabinets and landing valves
- Passive protection — fire-rated doors, shutters and dampers, firestop sealing to penetrations
Working on live sites
Most of our work happens in buildings that cannot stop. We have installed and commissioned floor by floor through a working hospital, and phased installation around production in operating textile mills and agrochemical plants.
That means isolating only what must be isolated, keeping the existing system in service while the new one is built alongside it, and scheduling the noisy and disruptive work when it does least harm.
Scale and coordination
On HSIA Terminal 3 we deployed over 150 personnel at peak across eleven facilities, working to a Samsung C&T-led consortium’s programme, inspection regime and Oracle Aconex document control.
