This website is operated by Rapid Advice & Distribution Services (RADS), Suite D1, Sharif Tower, House 4, Road 2B, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why
Account and order information
To place an order you must create an account. We collect your name, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number, and the details of what you ordered. We use this to process and deliver your order, to provide support, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Payment information
Payments are processed by SSLCOMMERZ (SSL Wireless, Bangladesh). When you pay, you are taken to SSLCOMMERZ to enter your card or mobile banking details. We never receive or store your full card number or banking credentials. We receive only confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, and a transaction reference.
Enquiry and marketing contacts
We hold a contact database of business and sales leads, containing names, email addresses and postal addresses. These records are used to contact people about our products and services, and are managed in Zoho CRM. If you are in this database and do not wish to be, email sales@rads-group.com and we will remove your record.
Product reviews
If you leave a review, we store the review text, your name, and your email address. Reviews are shown publicly on the product page; your email address is not published.
Technical and usage data
Our servers record standard web log data, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We and the analytics providers listed below also use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the following service providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Several of these providers are located outside Bangladesh, so your data may be transferred and processed abroad.

How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: retained as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Account information: retained while your account is open. You may ask us to close it at any time.
- Enquiry and marketing contacts: retained until you ask to be removed, or until the record is no longer relevant to our business.
- Analytics data: retained according to each provider’s own retention settings.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing communications.
Email sales@rads-group.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, including keeping items in your basket and keeping you signed in. We also use analytics and advertising cookies set by Google, Meta and Automattic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the shop may not work correctly without the necessary ones.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and access to the underlying systems is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
