RADS Fire is the fire-protection division of Rapid Advice & Distribution Services. We take a building from hydraulic calculation through to the annual inspection that keeps its system certified: design and Fire Service & Civil Defence approval, supply of UL, FM and LPCB listed equipment, installation to NFPA and BNBC 2020, commissioning, and the maintenance contract afterwards. One contractor, one point of responsibility, from drawing to handover to AMC.

Why the certificate matters

A fire system is only as good as the approval behind the parts in it. An insurer, an accredited auditor and the Fire Service all ask the same question: is this component listed, and can you show the certificate? We supply UL Listed, FM Approved, LPCB, Kitemark and VdS equipment, and we keep the manufacturer’s datasheet and certification document on file for every line we sell. Ask for a product’s certificate and you will get the actual document, not a claim.

That matters most in Bangladesh’s export manufacturing, where RSC, Nirapon and buyer-led compliance programmes require documented, listed equipment — and where an unlisted substitute discovered during an audit can cost far more than the part it saved.

Common questions

Do you work as a main contractor or as a supplier only?

Both. We take complete fire-protection packages as a specialist contractor — design, supply, installation, commissioning and handover — and we also supply listed equipment to other contractors and to plant maintenance teams.

Can you supply the certificate for a specific product?

Yes. We hold the manufacturer’s datasheet and the UL, FM, LPCB, Kitemark, VdS or TSE certificate for the equipment we sell, and both are available on the product page or on request.

Do you import directly?

Yes. We import from the manufacturer or their appointed distributor, which is how we can produce the original certification document for a supplied item rather than a reseller’s assurance.

Do you provide maintenance after installation?

Yes — annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled inspection and testing to NFPA 25, with the documentation an auditor or insurer will ask for. See AMC, maintenance & field service.

What warranty applies?

Listed products — UL, FM, LPCB or VdS — carry a 12-month warranty from confirmed delivery. Non-listed items are supplied without warranty. Full terms are on our returns, replacement and warranty policy page.
